By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Services

4. Payments & Termination

4.1 Subscriptions & Billing

Some features require a paid subscription. By signing up, you agree to pay all applicable fees based on your selected plan. Billing may be monthly, annually, or as otherwise agreed in writing.

4.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard. Fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law.

4.3 Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms or fail to pay fees. Upon termination, your access to data may be revoked or restricted.

5. Disclaimers & Liability

Our Services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, or that AI interactions will always produce desired business outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hightouch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
